Solomon Engel, Founder & CEO
Solomon Engel is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ResumeSponge where he leads and directs all aspects of the Company’s business operations, including growth strategies, product concepts, designs, and development.
Prior to founding ResumeSponge, Solomon was an associate at a boutique investment bank that specialized in M&A and Private Placements. As an associate, Solomon supported all aspects of the firm’s business, as well as advised several startup technology companies for their growth and development.
Prior to his investment banking experience, Solomon held lead roles in smaller startup initiatives, management level positions at Fortune 500 and 1000 companies, as well as network engineering experience in a leading public transportation environment.
Solomon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Network and Communications Management from DeVry Institute of Technology of New York, and resides with his family in South Florida.
Henry Tavarez, User Interface Architect
Henry is User Interface Architect at ResumeSponge, and leads all front-end architecture and development. At ResumeSponge, Henry focuses on implementing interactive design interfaces, and architects front end coding practices to ensure growth and scalability.
Prior to ResumeSponge, Henry was founder of Extinction Level, an interactive media firm that specializes in web development and consulting. During his time at Extinction Level, Henry worked with various companies such as Crispin Porter & Bogusky, Slim Jim, Volkswagen, BMW Mini Cooper, CareerBuilder.com, Nike, Virgin Atlantic, eDiets.com, Niche Applications, Joey New York and RepStars International.
Henry holds a Bachelors Degree in Interactive Media Design from Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale where he graduated with honors and was awarded Best Portfolio, the schools top honor.
Nabeel Herzalla, Software Architect
Nabeel is Software Architect at ResumeSponge, and leads all back-end architecture and development. At ResumeSponge, Nabeel develops advanced and complex technology for growing the ResumeSponge platform while ensuring scalability and security. Prior to ResumeSponge, Nabeel architected many high profile projects with companies such as Avanade, Avenue A Rozorfish, Tiger Direct, and Kaplan University.
Nabeel serves as a technology advisor for a number of early stage companies, earned several Professional Certifications, and holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from Philadelphia University where he graduated with honors and distinction.
Ivan Ramirez, Lead Flex Engineer
Ivan is Lead Flex Engineer at ResumeSponge where he oversees all Flex development. At ResumeSponge, Ivan works with engineers and architects to develop innovative and advanced technology to help enhance and grow the ResumeSponge platform. In addition to ResumeSponge, Ivan is a Flex Developer at Playdom, a social gaming company. At Playdom, Ivan works with other Flex engineers on the development of large and complex Flex applications.
Prior to Playdom, Ivan held a Flex Engineering role at ScrapBlog where he worked with a team to architect and develop their entire Flex platform. Moreover, Ivan held several senior development roles at leading technology companies, and was involved in several startup initiatives.
Nataliia Sytai, Lead Network Engineer
Nataliia is Lead Network Engineer at ResumeSponge, and is responsible for all network and systems administration processes. Nataliia designs, manages, and maintains ResumeSponge’s technology infrastructure to ensure exceptional and efficient growth.
Prior to ResumeSponge, Nataliia held several network management and engineering roles at Vanelli, an internet fax services company with customers worldwide. Nataliia hold a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from National Technical University of Ukraine Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and graduated with honors and distinction.
